Just In: Vice President Pence And His Wife Karen, Just Got Their Test Results Back In For COVID-19 And By God’s Grace They Are Clean

OPINION| Early last week we reported on the results of Ivanka Trump’s Coronavirus test:

‘The test results have come back for the first daughter and White House advisor Ivanka Trump after being tested last week.

She had been working from home, but is now working in the White House, after being in contact with someone who tested positive for the virus last week, The Daily Mail reported.

“Over the last week, Advisor to the President Ivanka Trump has followed social distancing best practices at her home.

“At the advisement of her doctors, due to lack of symptoms and consistently healthy physician checks, Advisor Trump will be working from the White House today.

“As is done with every employee at the White House, she will undergo the same health/temperature checks to maintain the safety of herself, her children and those in the White House,” a White House official said.

Ivanka Trump will be in President Trump’s meeting with small business officials Friday afternoon.’

Luckily Ivanka’s test came back negative.

Another one of the Trump Administrations big wigs, VP Pence, and his wife, Karen, were also tested for Covid-19.

The Daily Caller reported:

‘Vice President Mike Pence and Second Lady Karen Pence both tested negative for coronavirus Saturday, roughly a day after a VP staffer tested positive for the disease.

Pence announced he and his wife would be taking the tests Saturday afternoon, despite saying neither he nor President Donald Trump came into contact with the staffer. President Trump was tested and cleared earlier in March after Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro visited the Capitol with a press secretary who later tested positive.

“Pleased to report that the COVID-19 test results came back negative for both Vice President Mike Pence and Second Lady Karen Pence,” the vice president’s press secretary Katie Miller announced on Twitter.

Pence’s results come as a relief after Congressman Ben McAdams of Utah and Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart of Florida tested positive for the virus this week.’

FOX News reports that Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., became the first U.S. senator to test positive for the coronavirus Sunday and will remain in quarantine, his staff announced.

The senator entered into quarantine in Kentucky and was continuing to work, while staffers in Paul’s Washington, D.C., office have been working remotely for the past 10 days, Fox News has learned. A spokesman for Paul confirmed that the senator had been at the Senate gym Sunday morning before learning of his diagnosis and leaving for Kentucky; Sen. Jerry Moran of Kansas said he saw Paul at the gym and kept a safe distance.

“Senator Rand Paul has tested positive for COVID-19. He is feeling fine and is in quarantine,” Paul’s staff tweeted Sunday afternoon. “He is asymptomatic and was tested out of an abundance of caution due to his extensive travel and events. He was not aware of any direct contact with any infected person.”

After the sicknesses of the Congressmen and the Senator, let us pray that these are the only cases that our politicians face- even if we don’t like them (Democrats).

Please continue to do your part to push down the curve so that we can save as many lives as possible and get back to work so that our fellow Americans are not out of work and in the poor house before we know it.
