With Americans growing weary of perceived state government overreach, President Trump is standing with Virginians, calling them to liberate their state and save the Second Amendment.
He tweeted:
LIBERATE VIRGINIA, and save your great 2nd Amendment. It is under siege!

Trump’s tweet comes just days after Governor Ralph Northam (D) made clear he was keeping Virginians at home this week and almost a week after he signed now gun controls, aimed at limiting the number of guns law-abiding Virginians can purchase in a given month. Breitbart
Wait a minute, so the President knows that Virginia is over-reaching and that Northam is destroying the second amendment, so he tweets to the people to go save it yourselves. It is the duty of the federal office to protect the peoples rights and freedoms from corrupt governors.
If it is under siege, which it is, and the President just told people to go save their rights and freedoms, by his own words he is saying lace up and go fight the corrupt.
Breitbart went further into detail with WHSV reports that Northam extended business closures, encouraging Virginians to get used what he called “the new normal.”
Breitbart News reported that Northam signed new gun controls April 10, 2020, limiting the number of guns law-abiding Virginians can buy each month and outlawing private gun sales.
The comical part of this is that all over social media for years now, people have been pounding out how they are so willingly and ready to lace up and go stand their ground to over throw a corrupt government.
Now here is opportunity and permission and people are nowhere to be found and silent as church mice.
