OPINION| We have noted before that Ms. Pelosi seems to think that she is the Devine Sovereign of these United States. Nancy also seems to have an issue with comprehension, for instance, her understanding of the Constitution.
While she is the 2nd in line to the Presidency, should something happen to President Trump, we have this little thing little line in the Constitution, located in Article II, Section 2 of the document.
We will talk a little more about this later, and on the off chance you are reading this Ms. P., you may want to pay close attention, this is not the first time you seem to have misunderstood the foundation of the laws of our nation …
Nancy Pelosi claims that Democrats will offer up legislation to limit the pardon power of US Presidents.
Yeah, so, there is just one little issue with her plan … and while the Supreme Court seems to have lost their copy, we are still living under the United States Constitution & the trouble with Nancy’s alleged plan is found in Article II, Section 2, Clause 1, which clearly states:
Clause 1: Command of military; Opinions of cabinet secretaries; Pardons
The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
Seeing as Roger Stone was merely a private citizen who was influential in electing the first President of the United States not under the control of the ‘powers that be,’ (in my lifetime at least) and not an elected or appointed official, who was impeached, the President, and the President alone, is granted the power over pardons and commutations.
The irony of Pelosi being so outraged that Stone will not be sent to prison, likely to die (either at the hands of the Disease Not To Be Mentioned or … ‘suicide’) lies in how few times President Trump has used the power thus far, as well as who his predecessor used the power to bust free.

Nancy’s premise is that Stone only saw his sentence commuted because he was covering up for the President.
“Roger Stone’s seven felony crimes, which include lying to Congress and witness tampering, constitute grave crimes. All who commit these illegal acts should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. This decision and Trump’s many other acts of corruption point to the urgency of electing a President in November who will respect the Constitution, the rule of law and the will of the American people,” Pelosi said.
“Respect the Constitution’ … now that is rich seeing as the entire reason she opens her mouth was to propose something in violation of the document.
There is another issue with Ms. Pelosi’s talking point: Trump did not pardon Stone, he commuted his sentence … so that Stone could file and appeal and submit more evidence and transparency regarding his case.
Stone is now laying the groundwork for his appeal where he plans to enter all the evidence and exhibits he claims he was barred from introducing by Judge Amy Berman Jackson, and her ‘special’ jury. Roger is planning something Biblical, and the Dems know this. Why else would they be so scared that a 67 year old Floridian isn’t going to prison for 40 months?
Madam Speaker is worried about a cover-up, and for good reason. The cover-up that took place to cover the asses of HRC, AAW, RR, RM, etc all is going to be blown sky-high in Stone’s appeal … Grab some popcorn because Barry’s crew is finally about to face a worth F****** adversary …
