Pelosi Blames Trump For ‘Delaying’ Virus Aid After She Dismissed The House For Weeks, Preventing A Final Vote

And of course, CNN’s Jake Tapper let her get away unchallenged…

(TNS) House Speaker Nancy Pelosi continues to demonstrate a) that she’s a disgusting human being; and b) we have a statist corporate media that no longer serves any useful purpose.

During a Sunday interview with CNN propagandist Jake Tapper, Pelosi blamed President Donald Trump for ‘delaying’ coronavirus aid and relief.

Tapper did his duty and set up the California Democrat with this question: “Trump is considering relaxing federal guidelines for coronavirus for some of the less affected parts of the country, do you think he should?”

 

“Well, first of all let me just say how sad it is that even since the President’s signing of the bill, the number of deaths reported has doubled from one thousand to two thousand in our country. This is such a very, very sad time for us. We should be taking every precaution.”

 

Uh, what the President, his uh, denial at the beginning uh, was deadly. His delaying of getting uh, equipment to where it, it continues his delay to getting equipment to where it is needed is deadly. And now I think the best thing would be to do is to prevent more uh, loss of life rather than open things up so that, cuz we just don’t know. We have to have testing, testing, testing. That’s what we said from the start before we can evaluate uh, what the, the uh, nature of it is in some of these other regions as well. I don’t know what the purpose of that is.

 

I don’t know what the scientists are saying to him. I don’t know what the scientists said to him. When did this president know about this and what did he know? What did he know and when did he know it? That’s for an after-action review. But as the President fiddles, people are dying. And we have to, we just have to take every precaution.

 

Then, the country’s lousiest human tweeted this:

 

 

 

The president wasn’t “slow” to recognize what was happening. Yes, early on he made some public statements that he did not think the outbreak was as serious as it has turned out to be, but at the same time — in late January, to be exact — he was marshaling a coronavirus task force and issued a travel ban on China.

 

Then, CNN’s most important concern was the lack of ‘diversity’ in his task force.

 

As for Pelosi, let’s recall that she purposedly delayed a vote on the recently-passed coronavirus relief bill for two weeks — and this was after the House and Senate had already worked out the broad strokes of an agreement.

 

After dismissing the House for a regularly-scheduled break while Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) kept the upper chamber in Washington, Pelosi returned on Monday to offer a bill stuffed with a Left-wing political agenda she knew had no chance of passing.

 

Then, after more early dismissals of the House and more BS, she finally decided to let her chamber vote on a measure late this week.

 

There is so much epic fail in this microcosm of a political moment it is difficult to emphasize its magnitude. But the bottom line is this: Pelosi will continue getting by with being a lousy person as long as the “mainstream” media continues to act like the Garbage Party’s propaganda wing.
