Opinion| Mark Sidney| OK, so you all know that I wanted to see the witnesses in the Senate trial because I saw this as an opportunity to get all the bad actors involved in these coups on the record, under oath and on TV in the US Senate chamber.
I had hoped the trial, and calling witnesses like Schiff, Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, Sean Misko, **** ********** (totally not the whistleblower ?) Nancy Pelosi, JERRY! Nadler among others would have provided all the video footage that the Trump 2020 campaign would need to carry The Donald to a landslide victory in November.
Well, some smarter people than I decided that the best path was to not call witnesses and just move to dismiss the coup in it’s entirety.
For a while there was concern that the Dems would swing enough compromised Republicans over to their side to call witnesses, and if they were able to muster those votes, they would likely be able to call ONLY the witnesses the DS wanted to testify. So, I understand why team Trump wanted to end this non sense and move on.
Well, one thing that came out of this exercise was the predicable meltdown of little Adam Schiff.
I know I have kind of deviated from this lately, but I usually try to be respectful of people with whom I disagree. However, when it comes to Schiff, I just am not big enough of a man to do so.
Just looking at Schiff gives me this feeling that is hard to explain, then when he opens his mouth and proceeds to spit out self-righteous lie, after lie, after lie, it is ‘more than I can bare’.
Perhaps the best part of this whole Senate fiasco happened just today. Luckily, it was all captured on film.
Behold, the moment Adam Schiff realized his months of lying and star chambers was not going to result in Trump’s removal, but rather would most likely result in Trump’s reelection and … thorough investigations in the wrong doing of, hopefully, just about ever last person in Washington.

‘Schiff was desperately trying to influence Senators Friday afternoon following the devastating announcement from Murkowski that she will be voting against more witnesses.
Murkowski didn’t just reject additional impeachment witnesses, she is furious and disgusted with the Democrats and she let the world know how she felt.
“The House chose to send articles of impeachment that are rushed and flawed. I carefully considered the need for additional witnesses and documents, to cure the shortcomings of its process, but ultimately decided that I will vote against considering motions to subpoena,” Murkowski said.
Murkowski continued, “It is sad for me to admit that, as an institution, the Congress has failed. It has also become clear some of my colleagues intend to further politicize this process, and drag the Supreme Court into the fray, while attacking the Chief Justice.”
“I will not stand for nor support that effort. We have already degraded our institution for partisan political benefit, and I will not enable those who wish to pull down another. We are sadly at a low point of division in this country,” Murkowski concluded.
But Schiff continued to beat a dead horse and smeared President Trump with more lies on Friday.
“If we tell the president, effectively, ‘You can act corruptly’…the president becomes unaccountable to anyone,” Schiff said.
“The president, effectively, for all intents and purposes, becomes above the law.”
Schiff added, “Our government is no longer a government with three co-equal branches,” he said.
The irony of Schiff saying that after Trump was impeached for “Obstruction of Congress” — a completely made up charge that asserts the executive branch is capable of obstructing another branch of government.’

It does not get much better then seeing the most arrogant liar in Washington (yes, that is saying something, isn’t it?) not get his way and realize that pay back is a …. Schiff.
