Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden escaped from his basement today just long enough to remind everyone why he’s been staying out of the public eye.
President Trump mocked Joe for being forced out his basement after his poll numbers are taking a nosedive.

The Trump War Room posted a clip from Joe Biden’s incredible, disjointed speech in western PA: “Covid has taken this year, just since the outbreak, has taken more than 100 year, look, here’s, the lives, it’s just, when you think about it.” *

After urging him to come out of the basement and speak to his party, Democrats are probably wishing Joe would’ve stayed home.
Rambling and incoherent speeches are nothing new for Joe, in March, Joe gave a similar speech in Texas.
During a speech in Texas, he tried to recite the Declaration of Independence but got lost. It was cringeworthy but the people behind him didn’t blink an eye. Insanity!
