Democrats always accuse their opponents of what they themselves have done

(TNS) As former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch on Wednesday called for an investigation into allegations that she had been placed under surveillance by associates of presidential lawyer Rudy Giuliani, Donald Trump Jr. blasted her for monitoring him and other Americans.
President Donald Trump’s oldest son also blasted the U.S. “mainstream” media for ignoring Yovanovitch’s efforts to put him and other people under surveillance — which, of course, is par for the course.
Fox News reports that Trump Jr.’s accusations came after House Democrats suddenly found and released ‘new evidence’ ahead of the upcoming Senate impeachment trial. On a strict party line vote, Democrats returned two articles of impeachment against President Trump allegedly related to a July phone call in which he suggested that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky might want to look into corruption allegations involving Joe and Hunter Biden.

He was replying to a message from Dan Bogino, a conservative commentator and former Secret Service agent, which alleged he too was on Yovanovitch’s spy list.
“Why was Marie Yovanovitch monitoring me, and others, when we began exposing her role in the Ukrainian collusion scandal with the Obama administration and the Democrats? Has she truthfully answered that question yet?” Bongino wrote.
Regarding the House’s new ‘evidence,’ we reported:
Early Wednesday there was not much coverage of it, but Schiff has sent a letter to House Judiciary Committee chair and co-impeachment conspirator Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) (see here) describing the evidence, which he says comes from Lev Parnas, an associate of presidential lawyer Rudy Giuliani.
Parna has been indicted by the Southern District of New York along with Igor Fruman on charges of conspiring to violate straw and foreign donor bans.
According to Fox News, Parnas and Fruman allegedly were “working with Giuliani to push for investigations of the Bidens. The two Florida-based businessmen were also leveraging political connections to Trump and other prominent Republicans to pursue a lucrative natural gas deal.”
Politico’s Andrew Desiderio broke the story on Tuesday evening. In the tweet below, he shares Schiff’s letter to Nadler and Parnas’ undated note to himself scribbled on a Ritz Carlton Vienna notepad. It says, “get Zalensky [sic] to Announce that the Biden case will Be Investigated. start commun[icating] with Zalensky [sic] without [Pinchuk or Kolomoisky].”
But we have no idea when the notes were actually written.
One of the Garbage Party’s favorite tactics — and always in conjunction with their propagandists in the “mainstream media” — is to accuse their political opponents of doing the same things they and their allies have done.
So based on that knowledge alone, we believe it is entirely plausible that Yovanovitch had Don Jr. and associates under surveillance because, as we have previously noted, others have outed her for her Democrat Party-related corruption while serving in one of the most corrupt ‘developed’ countries on the planet.
Fox News:
In a November impeachment hearing, Yovanovitch testified that she was “kneecapped” by the Trump administration – with some choice words for Trump attorney Giuliani – and Democrats sought to draw attention to what they called the “smear campaign” against her.
Trump fired back during the hearing, tweeting: “Everywhere Marie Yovanovitch went turned bad. She started off in Somalia, how did that go? Then fast forward to Ukraine, where the new Ukrainian President spoke unfavorably about her in my second phone call with him. It is a U.S. President’s absolute right to appoint ambassadors.”
