I am sure people will applaud that the socialism experiment is over in the United States but i have always thought that Sanders was never a threat and he was simply a distraction. I guess either way does not matter at this point and that leaves Biden as the front runner for the Democratic party.

Biden, however, was already moving ahead, planning to consider running mates and even downplaying the possibility of any future debates with Sanders as part of the primary process.
The most recent primary was held Tuesday in Wisconsin, though most others are postponed.
Results in that race are not expected for another week, though Biden was thought to have the clear advantage there.
The United States can celebrate a minor victory at this point for Sanders walking away, but make no mistake, it is a minor victory and the battle continues.
